Hi, I’m the Person Behind the Documentation
I’m Tatiana, a Customer Support Lead with hands-on experience helping SaaS customers, including Shopify and WooCommerce merchants, solve technical problems and get the most out of their applications.
Working closely with customers, developers, and product teams has taught me something important: many support problems begin long before a customer submits a ticket.
They often start with unclear product information, missing setup instructions, unrealistic expectations, or documentation that doesn’t reflect how people actually use a product.
That’s what sparked my interest in technical writing.
Today, I’m developing my technical writing skills and exploring how AI can help create, improve, and maintain useful documentation.
But I believe there’s an important step companies shouldn’t skip: building a reliable documentation foundation before expecting AI to solve their customer support challenges.
On this website, I share practical insights from customer support, what I’m learning about technical writing, and ways SaaS teams can make documentation more useful for both customers and employees.
My goal is simple: help turn documentation from an overlooked resource into something people actually want to use.
